Anatomeq Shipping Policy

$15 Standard Flat Rate applies to all Canada and US orders.

US orders ship DDP (delivered duties paid).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You'll receive another email when your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped by regular post. We are not able to provide a shipping time guarantee, but please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order once shipped. You can track your order's progress via the tracking number provided. If your package is delayed or you have any other inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us at customersupport@anatomeq.com.

 

International Orders:

We are pleased to offer a flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. Unless otherwise requested or specified at the time of order placement, your order will be shipped by regular post. A tracking number will be provided by email at the time of shipping. International shipping rates can be viewed at check-out. Please note we are not responsible for duties and taxes owed on international shipments.
