Refund policy

Returns

Anatomeq equine wear (polos, brush boots, saddle pads and blankets) have a satisfaction guarantee and are eligible for return within 30-days from purchase. 
If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will evaluate your return on a case by case basis. Please contact customersupport@anatomeq.com

Other items (apparel & accessories) are eligible for return within 30 days if they are in new, unused condition. 

Returns must include the original product packaging, including all labels and tags. If the returned item(s) do not include original packaging, labels and tags in re-useable condition, a charge of $10 may be taken off your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

When your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer service at customersupport@anatomeq.com

 

Sale items
Sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

If you purchased the wrong blanket size and would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact customer service within 15 days of your purchase.

If you need to exchange an item you purchased, please send us an email at customersupport@anatomeq.com.

 

Warranty & Guarantee
Anatomeq products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us.

Outlet items may be excluded from this guarantee. Please contact us if you have specific inquiries about our Outlet items.
