Try Before You Buy Product Trial: How it works
Please "check-out" your trial item(s) as you would a normal purchase. Your deposit will be held and refunded at the end of your 10 day trial once trial item(s) are returned.
Once you receive your trial item, you have 10 days to "Try Before You Buy".
Once your trial is complete, please email us with your feedback and let us know how you enjoyed your TBYB experience! We will provide an electronic pre-paid return shipping label to print out and use for your return.
Please wash the items as per the care instructions before returning.
Please affix the provided return shipping label to the package and drop off at your nearest Canada Post or USPS. You can use the same mailer or box that was used to ship you your trial item(s).
Once we receive your returned trial item(s), we will refund your deposit, or apply your deposit towards your new purchase.

If a trial item(s) is not returned at the end of the 10-day trial period, Anatomeq reserves the right to charge the full price of the product, plus an administration fee.
